Below are the basic rules we follow when publishing and moderating comments and product reviews on COBI.COM:

1. Comments may be submitted by both registered and unregistered users, provided this functionality is available in the Store. We do not verify whether a person submitting a comment has purchased or used the product in question. The product may have been purchased either from our online store or from another retailer. Therefore, we do not label published comments as originating from people who have purchased or used the product unless this information has been verified by us in a specific case.

2. Comments may be moderated before or after publication. Moderation is intended to ensure that comments comply with the rules set out below and applicable laws. We do not remove or reject comments solely because they contain a negative assessment of a product. We publish both positive and negative comments, provided they comply with these rules.

3. Comments should relate to the product, particularly its features, quality, functionality, appearance, use, advantages, disadvantages, or the author's personal experiences with the product.

4. We prefer comments that are concise and easy to read. We may correct obvious typos, language errors, or technical errors, provided that such corrections do not change the meaning or tone of the comment. We do not reject comments solely because they contain language errors.

5. You may submit more than one comment. However, comments are not intended for discussions between users or for repeatedly posting identical or very similar content. We may decline to publish repetitive comments submitted by the same user about the same product.

6. We may decline to publish a comment if its content clearly indicates that the author has had no experience with the product being reviewed. However, this does not mean that we verify whether the author actually purchased or used the product.

7. We do not publish comments based exclusively on the experiences or opinions of third parties.

8. Comments may address the relationship between a product's price and its quality or features. However, we may decline to publish comments referring exclusively to a specific current price, promotion, or temporary offer if, due to their changing nature, such comments could mislead other users in the future.

9. We do not publish comments containing contact details or other personal data of the author or third parties, including, in particular, email addresses, telephone numbers, residential addresses, identification document details, order numbers, or other information that could identify a specific person. You should also refrain from publishing confidential information or private correspondence. We may decline to publish comments containing links to external websites, particularly if such links are unnecessary to express an opinion about the product, are promotional in nature, or may pose a security risk to users.

10. We do not publish comments primarily directed at other users or their comments, particularly those containing personal attacks, offensive remarks, threats, defamatory statements, or content intended to provoke disputes.

11. We do not publish comments containing unlawful, vulgar, offensive, degrading, or discriminatory content; content inciting violence or hatred; content infringing personal rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other third-party rights; spam, advertising, or unsolicited promotional content; or other content that is clearly unrelated to the product being reviewed.

12. If you believe that a comment published on COBI.COM is unlawful or infringes your rights or the rights of another person, you may report it using the reporting mechanism available alongside the relevant content, if such a mechanism has been provided, or by contacting us at contact@cobi.com. Where possible, the report should include: an explanation of why the content is unlawful; a precise identification of the content and its location, such as a URL; the reporting person's full name or business name and email address, except where applicable law permits reporting without such information; and a statement confirming that the reporting person is acting in good faith and believes the information provided to be accurate and complete.

13. We review reports concerning unlawful content in a timely, diligent, objective, and non-arbitrary manner. If you provide contact details, we will acknowledge receipt of your report and inform you of our decision and, where required by law, the available options for challenging that decision. If automated means are used when reviewing a report or making a decision, we will disclose this to the extent required by law.

14. If a comment violates these rules or applicable laws, we may refuse to publish it, remove it after publication, restrict its visibility, or take other measures required or permitted by applicable law. If we have the author's electronic contact details and applicable law requires us to do so, we will provide the author with a clear and specific explanation of the decision and information about available appeal mechanisms.

15. If you notice an error in a product's specifications, description, technical parameters, images, or other information provided in the Store, we encourage you to report it directly to contact@cobi.com. This will allow us to verify and correct the product information more quickly. This does not prevent you from also pointing out such an error in a comment about the product.

16. When moderating comments posted in other sections of our website, such as the blog, we apply the above rules as appropriate, taking into account the nature of the section in which the comment is published, unless different rules have been specified for a particular feature.

17. These rules govern the publication and moderation of comments and reviews on COBI.COM. We may update them when justified by changes in applicable laws, the operation of the commenting system, security considerations, or the need to prevent abuse.
